Enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking, evening bonfires and leisure time at this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, modern, custom pine cabin that sleeps 9, with its open floor plan, high-end appliances, beautiful furnishings, and views from every room. A crescent beach provides easy access for young children to play and swim. Fish from the dock and swim out to the float. Two paddle boards and two single kayaks are included. Just 5 miles to Blue Hill Village and the grocery store and 38 miles to Acadia National Park. Climb Blue Hill Mountain, explore area hiking trails, enjoy the many restaurants and unique shops showcasing the area craftspeople and artists. First floor: Queen bedroom with full bathroom (shower); Half bath; Kitchen/dining/living area. Second floor: Bunk room with twin bunk, twin bed and full bed; Queen bedroom with twin bed; Full bathroom (shower). There is a gas fireplace in the living room for the shoulder seasons. Please note: Separate E-signed rental agreement, boat waiver, and dog agreement (if applicable) are required after confirmation. This property rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday in July, August and September.Â

If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.

We spent a lot of time swimming and enjoying the view...
We stayed for a week with our 3 daughters ages 8, 12 and 15. The house was great, very comfortable for all of us. The lake was beautiful. We spent a lot of time swimming and enjoying the view. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This was our second stay at the cabin in Blue Hill and we loved it just as much as last summer! Perfect for a peaceful family vacation, within an hour drive from Acadia. We would highly recommend!

We had an incredible week at the cabin on Toddy Pond! The house was extremely clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed for a peaceful family vacation. The location is an incredibly serene spot, on the most beautiful lake - perfect for swimming, watching sunsets, and the boys to play. Brenda and Chelsea were friendly, responsive, and communicated easily throughout our stay. We would definitely come and stay again!
This is our second stay...
This is our second stay. We love the cabin, being lakeside and listening to the loons at night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. They have great lake toys, kayaks, paddle boards and a floating raft you can swim too. As a bonus it's dog friendly!

We loved our stay in this home. The attention to detail on check in and arrival were top notch. We barely left to explore the area because it was so peaceful and relaxing. We kayaked and paddle boarded daily and swam out to the dock which we lovingly named Jiu Jitzu Island. Our pup Gus had a great stay as well.

We enjoyed a full week on Toddy Pond with my elderly mom (she took the first floor bedroom/bath), my sister and her hubby/doggie, and my partner and I. We found the place to be well suited for our needs. We enjoyed the SUP boards, kayak, dock and entire property. We are foodies and appreciated the many restaurants and suggestions in the welcome book. We’d happily return for another visit!

The location of this home is excellent, with a very peaceful setting on Toddy Pond. The property is pleasant, quiet, and only an hour away from Acadia. The hosts were very nice, providing special treats for our dog and for us. We highly recommend this stay.
