With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there are 3 levels: Enter into the ground level hallway, with ample closet space, the single twin bedroom, and access to the one-car garage, available for guests to use. Level two includes the main living area, kitchen, a roomy dining table, a half-bath, and an outdoor balcony with comfortable seating. Level three has a king bedroom with ensuite, a work desk and office chair, and another outdoor balcony, as well as a queen bedroom with ensuite. Spectrum TV and fast, reliable Wi-fi make it an excellent choice for remote work.
The village of Blue Hill is vibrant with a wonderful small-town, friendly feel on Blue Hill Harbor. Walk to the town park with children's play area and sandy beach. Guests are close to all that the village has to offer yet tucked away in an off-street location. This property rents weekly in the summer and is available from October through May for monthly rentals.

Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It is in a great location, minutes’ walk away from cafes and waterfront. The place has everything we needed. Towels were fluffy, linen was good. Communication was great - friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back.
LOVED my stay at this townhome! Brenda and Chelsea were so responsive and would get back to me quickly for any concerns I had. They were also proactive about sending check in and check out instructions. I loved staying here, it’s simultaneously cozy and spacious, with enough space to comfortably sleep a large family or a group of travelers looking to explore the area. There is also a pull out couch, which totals 5 (!!!) beds in this townhome. Everything was clean upon arrival. Would 100% stay here again if I find myself back in the area.

What an excellent condo! Well laid out, plenty of living, sleeping, and working spaces. Super convenient to the village with easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. A bit of a view of the bay as well. Feels like you're part of town, but also that you have your own (very nice) space. Hosts were very responsive and helpful and the place was clean, well organized, and well equipped. We feel lucky to have found it and will happily stay there again in the future if plans permit.
