Available for monthly rentals October thru May. Anne's Secret Garden is a charming, comfortable house located four miles from Blue Hill Village and 32 miles from Acadia National Park. The house includes two bedrooms with a queen and two twins, two full bathrooms, a large living and dining area with granite fireplace, and well-equipped kitchen. The back lawn is peaceful and private. While not on the water, it is just four miles to the Blue Hill Town Park with a wonderful children's play area and swimming beach, an excellent grocery store, pharmacy, health food store, library, and hospital. Enjoy climbing Blue Hill Mountain and hiking on a variety of well-maintained trails, try out the many delicious options for dining or take out, and peruse the unique shops and galleries highlighting local craftspeople and artists. Guests have fun exploring the Blue Hill Peninsula, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park, or find the house with all of the books a peaceful way to spend part of their time. Please ask if you would like to bring your dog. Rents monthly from October through May.

Cancellation Policy for all of our Rental Properties:   Â
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.
