Available October through May for monthly or winter rental. This nicely furnished, in-town condo unit is just a 5-8  minute walk to the schools, the post office, a great little coffee shop, gift shop, the library, bookstore, toy store, spa, hospital, and restaurants, as well as Blue Hill Heritage Trust walking trails, and a 20-minute walk or short drive to the grocery store and Blue Hill Co-op. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there are 3 levels: Enter into the ground level hallway, with ample closet space, the single twin bedroom, and access to the one-car garage, available for guests to use. Level two includes the main living area, kitchen, a roomy dining table, a half-bath, and an outdoor balcony with comfortable seating. Level three has a king bedroom with ensuite, a work desk and office chair, and another outdoor balcony, as well as a queen bedroom with ensuite. Spectrum TV and fast, reliable Wi-fi make it an excellent choice for remote work.Â
The village of Blue Hill is vibrant with a wonderful small-town, friendly feel on Blue Hill Harbor. Walk to the town park with children's play area and sandy beach. Guests are close to all that the village has to offer yet tucked away in an off-street location. This property rents weekly in the summer and is available from October through May for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy for all of our Rental Properties:
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.
