Enjoy a visit to the Blue Hill Peninsula with a stay at Henry Point, a charming little cottage nestled beside the Bagaduce River, a scenic tidal river emptying into Penobscot Bay, known for its diverse wildlife habitat. The beach, a combination of sand, rocks, and seaweed, is accessed by a convenient board walkway. Â Guests enjoy easy water access for kayaking directly from the beach. Â
This cozy, single level cottage includes a small kitchen, dining room, living room and three bedrooms (king, two twins and single twin) and one bathroom with shower. Â Â Enjoy the beautiful view and warm breezes from the water side deck, picnic table and hammock. There is a convenient outside shower to rinse off after beach time. Â There is no TV at this property nor washer/dryer, however there is a laundrymat in Blue Hill, about 15 minutes away.Â
The area is home to many artisans, unique shops and galleries, a variety of delicious eateries and is about an hour to Acadia National Park.  Saturday to Saturday rentals in July and August. Please ask if you'd like to bring your dog. This property rents Saturday to Saturday from late June through Labor Day.

Cancellation Policy for all of our Rental Properties:
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.
