Friendly owners, respectful of guests' privacy, live next door. Just 125 feet from a shallow, sandy private beach area, guests will enjoy amazing views overlooking Blue Hill Bay.Â
Brooklin is best known for its picturesque bays and waterways and premier sailing waters, and is home to WoodenBoat School, boat builders and boat yards, craftspeople and artists. Enjoy relaxing on the elevated deck while watching the lobster and sail boats, swim and kayak from the sandy beach at mid to high tide, meander along the shoreline, explore the tidepools, and enjoy the many area hiking trails.
This home is fully handicapped accessible and available for short-term rentals year-round. Children are welcomed, however pets cannot be accommodated.Â

Cancellation Policy for all of our Rental Properties:
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.
