Welcome to Puffin Rock! Tucked away on two wooded acres right on the shores of Herrick Bay, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps 10 comfortably. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to easily settle in and start your vacation.
The Space
- First Floor: Features a comfortable living and dining area, two fireplaces, a cozy den, a breakfast nook with ocean views, a full kitchen with ample storage, and a dedicated art and game room.
- Outdoor Living: The first floor opens up to an oceanside deck with comfortable seating, a dining table, and a gas grill. A short path leads to the private beach. Explore the bay with 5 kayaks and 2 paddleboards, included, as well as life vests.
- Second Floor: Reached by stairs, all five bedrooms are on the second level. The layout includes one king, three queens, and a twin bunk bed.
Location & Community
Brooklin is a quiet, classic coastal town known for its deep boatbuilding traditions, craftsmen, writers, and painters.
- Nearby: The Wooden Boat School is just down the road, and Brooklin village—complete with a friendly general store, library, candy shop, seasonal farmers' market, and restaurants—is minutes away.
- Day Trips: Deer Isle is a quick 20-minute drive, and Acadia National Park is about an hour's trip.
Amenities & Booking Details
- Tech: Fiber high-speed internet and streaming TV.
- Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. No cats, please (the owner has a severe allergy).
- Summer Bookings: June, July, and August rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
- Off-Season Bookings: Available September through April for monthly and weekly rentals .

Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Notes
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. Our Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter.
