With four bedrooms (king on main level, queen, double and two twins on second floor)and two full baths (downstairs with shower, upstairs with shower and tub), the house is cozy and roomy at the same time. A dedicated work space on the porch offers a private work space. Air conditioning provides cooling in the summer and heat for the shoulder seasons.This is agreat home base for day tripsexploring the Blue Hill peninsula and surrounding towns, Deer Isle/Stonington, Bucksport, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. A fenced in area is convenient for dogs and children (at guests' discretion). Rents Friday to Friday from May through October. Please ask if you'd like to bring up to two non-shedding dogs.

Cancellation Policy for all of our Rental Properties:
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.
