Booking Details
- 2026 Availability: May 1 through Labor Day 2026.
- Booking Requirement: All prospective guests must submit an inquiry and review the mandatory Property Sale Acknowledgment Addendum prior to receiving the final Rental Agreement. Guests are also encouraged to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason Trip Insurance" to cover non-refundable trip-related expenses.

- This is a beautiful and comfortable house in a fantastic location! We swam and kayaked right from the backyard, we watched eagles and ospreys, seals and herons, we hiked many amazing Blue Hill Heritage Trust trails, and we lolled on the deck and grilled our dinners - it was a great place for a great vacation. We'd love to come back!

Cancellation Policy for all of our Rental Properties:   Â
Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The Cancellation Policy is strictly followed and we encourage renters to purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If the Renter desires to cancel this reservation at any time prior to the arrival date, BHBPR will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement Renter for the same time period at comparable rental rates. If no replacement Renter is procured, the entire invoiced amount for the reservation will be due as scheduled, and all deposits paid shall be forfeited to BHBPR. If the reservation period is re-rented, BHBPR will credit the rental amount received to the Renter, less a $200 cancellation fee to cover BHBPR expenses.
